How long can I store a delivery at the data centre?

While we’d love to have access to limitless secure storage to hold your deliveries for you indefinitely, unfortunately we do need to enforce a free holding cap of 14 days, to ensure regular turnover of packages.

After the 14 days, we may need to impose a £10.00 per item per day storage fee.
