How do I organise a delivery to the data centre?
We have a dedicated area within your customer portal for notifying us of any deliveries.
You’ll find this in the main navigation - Delivery Requests.
Fill in the required information to open a delivery ticket, and this will generate a unique ticket number. This will then need to be marked on your delivery, either as part of the shipping label / address, or otherwise marked separately. This ensures that we can identify, store and retrieve your parcel effectively.
Any deliveries that arrive which are not pre-notified to us in this way may be rejected.

Deliveries to our third party PoP (non-Netwise facilities) will need additional approval - please do not dispatch any packages ahead of this approval landing with you in the ticket chain.
