How do I set facility access permissions?

Once you’ve got your Members setup, you can set any required facility access permissions for each person.

Head to the dedicated Members area within the portal to set your required access permissions on a per Member basis.

Access permissions can be set on a facility-wide basis, or on a service-by-service level, depending on what you require, and the scope of your deployments with us.

The service-by-service approach is best suited to larger operators, with multiple services (potentially in different locations), with teams large enough to warrant added control over who is allowed to interact with each service.

Once you have your permissions set as required, you can raise an access request.
