How do I organise access to the data centre?

Access to our facilities is available 24x7.

We have a dedicated Facility Access area in your portal, which is where you can organise a visit.

For reasons of security, in keeping with our ISO27001 commitments, we do not have an open door policy here, so all facility visits will need to be requested and approved here before attending site.

You can set facility access permissions for any of your account Users and/or Contacts.

Once these are set, you can raise an access request, which will be approved within a few minutes, provided there are no reasons open on your account to deny access (such as having long-overdue invoices).

Once approved, you’ll be sent a unique QR code, which you can use to check in on arrival. If you do not receive this, or cannot use it for any other reason, you can check in manually using your access ticket number.

On arrival at the data centre, you will be asked for your full name, company, and access ticket number at the turnstile, before being permitted entry. Please have this information ready, to speed up the entry process.

After checking in, you’ll be issued an RFID card for accessing your permitted areas. Each visitor will receive a card, and these will need to be handed back on exit.
