What is intelligent hands, and how can I use it?

Intelligent hands is a chargeable support service, which extends the capabilities of our inclusive remote hands service.

This is not intended for emergency use, as it requires pre-booking with a senior engineer. This is designed for assistance with more autonomous support requests, such as working inside servers, troubleshooting unknown issues, configuration assistance, or any other similar task that would benefit from senior engineer support.

You can request this level of support directly on ticket, or we may suggest the need for this based on your request.

This service is charged at £50.00 per 30 minutes, per engineer (should a task require more than one body, such as any heavy rack installation works).
