How do I administer my Reverse DNS (RDNS) records?

You can administer your Reverse DNS (RDNS) records from right inside your My Netwise portal.

Simply head to My Services, select the relevant service, and then click on the IP Addresses tab to view your available subnets. From here, you can set RDNS records against any of the IPs within a subnet - these can be edited or deleted in future, should anything need adjusting.
