How do I administer my Reverse DNS (RDNS) records?

You can administer your Reverse DNS (RDNS) records from right inside your My Netwise portal.

Simply head to My Services, select the relevant service, and then click on the IP Addresses tab to view your available subnets. From here, you can set RDNS records against any of the IPs within a subnet - these can be edited or deleted in future, should anything need adjusting.

You can only administer RDNS records for Netwise subnets. Any that are allocated from third parties will need to be administered directly with the carrier in question.
