How do I add Users and Contacts?

ou can add Users and/or Contacts to your My Netwise account, which have two distinctly different functions within the portal.

This is administered under Account > User Management, and Account > Contacts.

Users are invited to join via their own registration process, so you simply enter their email address and set their permissions - they’ll then enter their own registration information.

Contacts are setup directly using the provided form on the Contacts page.

Both Users and Contacts can have facility access permissions set, to enable visits to your service locations.

 

Users

A User can log into the portal, and interact with your account. You can set permissions to control what each User can do once they’ve logged in.

This is ideal for anyone within your organisation that may have some level of administrative function as related to your services, that may need to login to the portal to retrieve information, or interact with your services or our team.

One User will always be allocated as the main account administrator, which is initially set when registering for an account on our portal. You can request that this is changed to another User by contacting us if required.

 

Contacts

A Contact is just a person or email inbox setup to receive notifications and system messages. They cannot login to the portal, but they will receive notification messages based on the messaging preferences set.

This is ideal for anyone that just needs to see certain types of notification as related to your services or the facility (such as invoices, support ticket replies, or maintenance notifications). These can also be set to shared collector or departmental inboxes, which is ideal for support and finance teams within your organisation, for receiving relevant messaging to a shared inbox or distribution list.

You can also add a standalone, dedicated billing contact / email.
