How do I cancel my service(s)?

If you wish to cancel your service(s) with us, you can request a cancellation callback from right inside of your portal.

Simply head to your profile and click on the 'Close your account' link under the ‘Need to cancel your services with us?’ heading.

You may wish to check your contract agreement with us ahead of requesting a cancellation, to re-familiarise yourself with your term anniversary dates, and your cancellation notice period obligations.

Alternatively, you can contact your account manager directly.
