How do I cancel service(s) from my account?

To cancel any of the service(s) you have with us simply:

1.) Login to your account through the client portal at http://my.netwisehosting.co.uk/.
2.) View your services.
3.) Select the service you want to cancel.
4.) Click the 'Request Cancellation' button.
5.) Enter a reason for cancelling and select the desired termination time.

When cancelling your service(s) with us, please remember that:

1.) Colocation packages are subject to a 30 day notice period.
2.) Any remaining pre-paid time left on your contract will not be credited or refunded.

Data left on all servers and/or backup partitions will be wiped after your defined cancellation date. Please make sure you remove all information prior to opening a cancellation request as we can not be held responsible for any loss of data caused by this.
