Netwise Hosting's corporate Service Level Agreement details our 99.9% uptime guarantee. All services within our facility abide by this agreement. In the rare event that your services are offline/unavailable, rest assured that our technicians will be investigating the cause of the issue, and often have service back online within 10 minutes.
Our SLA is detailed in our Terms and Conditions, including definitions and financial implications should we not meet our uptime commitment.
