What is the lead/setup time on the services?
We aim to have all services fully provisioned and operational within 24 hours of payment but currently 95% of customers are enjoying a lead time of under 12 hours.
You will receive several emails from us including an Order Confirmation email upon payment followed by a Service Information email which will confirm the successful setup of your solution. This will detail access methods, network information and support literature so please keep this safe for your records. If we find that there will be a delay in the setup of your service at any time then we will be sure to keep you regularly updated.
